Instructions to Enable Video Closed Captioning

Windows Media Player captions are turned off by default. A quick shortcut to turn captions on/off is to hold down the Shift + Ctrl + C keys simultaneously.

To enable captions from the Media Player menu instead, you can choose:
Play > Captions and Subtitles > On if Available
